Tsilly (pronounced “Chilly”) the Lake Dragon.

Tsilly is actually a friendly dragon, and loves children! He is based on a book by author John Fahey entitled, “Tsilly, the Monster of Lake Chelan.” Here is an illustration from Mr. Fahey’s book:

Here is Tsilly the Lake Dragon at a possible future location, watching over the downtown area of Chelan, and greeting visitors:
